 ALLTECH make Micro surfacing Paver "UNISURFACE 8000" is an Eco-Friendly surface treatment used to restore and preserve the surface characteristics of the Road. It is one of the most advanced Pavement Maintenance Treatments available today. Micro Surfacing is a polymer-modified cold mix paving system which incorporates, advanced technical specification and proven field practices to remedy a broad range of problems on today's streets, highway and airfields. Micro surfacing is of 2 types 
Type         Aggregate size      Approx. Quantity of Mix
Type II       4 to 6 mm                 8.4 to 10.8 Kg/sq.m
Type III      6 to 8 mm                 11.1 to 16.8 kg/sq.m
 
It is a mix of polymer modified asphalt emulsion, graded aggregate, cement, water and additives. This mixture is applied in a semi liquid condition with specialized paving Equipment.
Unisurface 8000 is available with daily production capacity of 1500 to 9200 sq.m
